Job Overview
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive growth in the regions of Jhelum and Sukkur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and building strong relationships with distributors and key clients in both regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales teams in Jhelum and Sukkur, providing guidance and support to ensure team performance meets company targets.
- Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in both regions, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and product visibility.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activities, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts, including performance metrics, market conditions, and business challenges.
- Team Development: Train and mentor sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role within the FMCG or related industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred
- Experience managing sales teams across multiple regions, with knowledge of the local markets in Lahore.
