Job Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Coordination to manage and streamline communication across departments in our snack food manufacturing company. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operational workflows and the timely execution of tasks by coordinating with production, logistics, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between departments to support daily operations.
- Scheduling & Monitoring: Oversee schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues and resolve bottlenecks between teams.
- Reporting: Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation for key processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvement and support new initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in a coordination role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in food or FMCG manufacturing.
