Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Admin & HR to lead and oversee the administration and human resources functions of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring an efficient, productive, and compliant workplace. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are effectively implemented and adhered to.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Administration Management: Oversee office management, facilities, and procurement to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set KPIs, and ensure that employee performance is regularly reviewed and improved.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies, ensuring competitive and fair reward systems.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Other: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and administrative processes.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing HR and administrative functions in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
