Head of Supply Chain

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Department: FMCG (Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Household Products, etc.)

Job Purpose:

TTo lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business growth plans.

• Lead procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams.

• Ensure OTIF delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Drive supply chain digitization and implement best-in-class systems.

• Build strategic partnerships with vendors and 3PL providers.

• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Manage supply chain risk and build resilient operations.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and production teams to support NPD launches and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within FMCG.

• Strong understanding of demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and procurement.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/data analytics tools.

• Experience in lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
