Job Overview

We are seeking a Manager – Quality Assurance to lead our quality assurance efforts in our snack manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control strategies, managing the QA team, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management: Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement within manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO and HACCP guidelines.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audits, and inspections, and maintain accurate records of quality activities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance management within the food industry, preferably in snack manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a thorough understanding of quality management systems.

Preferred

• Experience with product testing, sensory evaluation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
