Job Overview

We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the safety and efficiency of our executive premises during the night shift. The ideal candidate will manage security personnel, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure a secure and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security and support staff during the night shift, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols.
• Security Oversight: Monitor security measures, conduct regular patrols, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies that arise during the night.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and operational, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and any other relevant activities during the night shift.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive personnel during the night shift, addressing any concerns or requests.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a security or administrative role, preferably within an executive or corporate environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
