Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the production operations in our snack manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of goods while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Team Management: Lead and manage production staff, ensuring they are adequately trained, motivated, and working efficiently.
• Quality Control: Ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, implementing quality checks and troubleshooting any production issues.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Cost Control: Manage production budgets, control costs, and work to improve cost-efficiency in manufacturing operations.
• Health & Safety: Ensure that the production facility complies with all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw materials are available for production and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Reporting: Prepare and present production reports, including output levels, efficiency, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
