Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a month-on-month basis.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Coordinate closely with regional warehouses and supply chain teams for demand fulfillment.
Ensure the execution of trade promotions as per agreed mechanics.
Manage and motivate distributors for mutual business growth.
Provide market intelligence to the head office on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs across the assigned region.
Analyze and explore opportunities for business growth and optimization.
Conduct competitor mapping and propose regional plans to the head office.
Identify skill gaps in the sales team and arrange classroom/on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
