Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving its targets and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments, assisting with order processing, data management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing and delivery.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team, and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining customer records.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain the sales database with customer and sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute regular sales reports, including sales performance, order status, and client feedback.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Support the sales team in meetings, presentations, and other activities to help them achieve sales goals.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Other: Familiarity with ERP systems is required.

Preferred

  • Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry, with knowledge of sales processes and customer service.
