Job Overview

We are seeking a Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, and maintaining a safe environment for all employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety and security.
• Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel access the premises.
• Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as required.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, breaches, and observations for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures, and provide training to staff on safety practices.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certification is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a security role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred

• Previous experience in safety and emergency response procedures.
