Job Overview
We are seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the regions of Islamabad, Peshawar,Samundari, Rawalpindi and Muzaffargarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product availability across these territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territories through effective planning and execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients to ensure product visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in the territories and expand the customer base.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, including market analysis, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Territory Coverage: Ensure consistent market visits, product availability, and merchandising standards in Islamabad, Peshawar, and Samundari.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry, with knowledge of territory management.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred
- Experience in managing sales territories across multiple cities.
